The Fallow deer have 3 common colors, white, common (spotted), and chocolate. The males only have antlers, which can have many points and a wide palm shape.

Best Time of Year to Hunt Fallow Deer

With Fallow deer being a Antlered animal they are best hunted during the fall September - February.

MMK will put you on a Trophy Fallow Deer you'll want to hang on your wall in your trophy room. We offer hunts for some great Trophy Fallow Deer. You will have the choice of a White Fallow buck, Spotted Fallow, or Chocolate Fallow buck. Again there are no seasonal restrictions on hunting the Fallow Deer in Texas, but we recommend this hunt from September to January. We hunt an harvest world class bucks every year.


The typical method of hunting would be Spot and Stalk, Safari Style, as well as hunting from a Blind. With the following Bow, Rifle, Black Powder, Handgun Style Hunting. We can accommodate hunters of age groups and experience levels, as well as hunters which have physical disabilities or may be confined to a wheelchair.
