Yak

They have a humped shoulders, short legs and large hoofs. A fringe of long hairs extends around the lower part of the body, and the tail has a mass of long hairs. The color is a uniform blackish-brown except for some white on the muzzle.

Method of Hunting Yak

Most common is safari style, also spot and stalk, and blind hunting.

Best Time of Year to Hunt Yak

With Yak being a horned animal they can be hunted year round. There are no seasonal restrictions on hunting Yak in Texas.
