Texas Nubian Ibex Hunting

Nubian Ibex


General color is yellowish-brown, with a dark dorsal stripe and dark chest markings. Underparts and chin are whitish. Legs have conspicuous black-and-white markings from the knees and hocks down. The male's horns forming three-fourths of a circle, with knot shape along horns. Females are smaller and lighter in color than males, and grow horns only 5-6 inches in length.

Method of Hunting Nubian Ibex

Most common is safari style, also spot and stalk, and blind hunting.

With Nubian Ibex being a horned animal they can be hunted year round. There are no seasonal restrictions on hunting Nubian Ibex in Texas.
